Traffic Exchanges.

What are they and how do they work
Manual Traffic Exchange
Traffic exchanges are a great way to drive traffic to your Website or your affiliate program. Most exchanges are free to join, and if you can stand the boredom of clicking your browser for about half an hour or more, you can receive a good flow of traffic to your website- real people who are interested in business ventures.
There are many exchanges out there, you just have to choose the ones you like the best .
Basically, they fall into two categories –‘Free to join’ and ‘Pay to join’. Sometimes referred to as pro traffic exchanges, you need to do your due diligence to sort the wheat from the chaff.
Paid Traffic Exchange programs are only paid membership, although you may be able to join the program for free, but your surfing benefits are minimal
Free Traffic Exchanges. You can join for free and earn Traffic (views of your Site) .With most free exchanges you can also upgrade for a small cost.
Once you have joined a free traffic exchange you have the option to become a paid upgraded member, (normally two or three levels). You will receive extra surfing credits when you upgrade, a monthly credit put into your account and bonus credits every month you stay upgraded.
A typical upgrade path would be bronze, silver or gold memberships. The benefit will be to give you a better surf ratio, and maybe other membership benefits
If you have joined as a free member you may receive a 2-1 ratio. This means you will receive one view of your site for every two times you view other members’ sites (known as Surfing). So, if you became an upgraded member, you would normally get a 1-1 ratio. As you can see from this example, you only have to surf once to get your site seen once. There may be other ratios or incentives offered from different exchanges.
